What is your return and exchange policy?
Every item that you purchase from Oinus.com is backed by our 7 Day - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your paintings and prints, we will either ship you a replacement or refund the charge for the art within 7 days of receipt. The maximum refund for prints is two hundred fifty dollars. There is no maximum for original artwork.
In the event of a return or exchange, please enclose your invoice along with the returned or exchanged items highlighted or circled on the invoice. If you no longer have this, please print up your old invoice by logging in and pulling up your old order. We except returns on most art, except for all commissions and altered art. There are no refunds or exchanges on any custom artworks. Orders shipped outside the United States can't be returned. You may return or exchange art within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment (less shipping). These items must be shipped back with protection/cushioning, in the same original packaging shipped in. Artwork must be returned in original mint condition.
There is a 15% restocking fee if you are returning an item. The customer is solely and fully responsible for the shipping costs to send returns, and exchange art back to Oinus.com. Buy purchasing you acknowledge that you fully have read the return policy, agree with and accept it.
What if I receive a damaged artwork?
If you get a damaged art piece please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Save all the packaging materials, the box, and all enclosed materials. The studio will need this to make a claim on your order.
When will you send my order?
Generally we try to process orders within 24-72 hours or (1-3 business days). Some may take a little longer. Depending on the shipping method you choose will determine the length of time for processing.
Please note, that if you order custom art to keep in mind the time frame for completion to your one of a kind artwork. For example if you choose two day shipping and your custom art takes three weeks to finish, I cannot ship it out within two days of your order, because it has not been completed yet.
When will my art commission be ready?
Time frame on custom art will vary greatly and is determined by size, labor, materials, and how busy I am. please be patient. Remember this is done just for you. Because every artwork is crafted to be the best, the studio may get backed up, but don't be alarmed I will finish your art just as soon as I can.
If you are having a comic art commissioned drawing also inked and colored then it can take anywhere from one to two and a half months to finish. I work with an inker and colorist and their schedules vary.
If you are only having pencils done it should take no more than two weeks, however time fluctuates.
Collages can take anywhere from a week to three months depending on size and theme.
Normal size painting commissions can take a three weeks to a few months to finish depending on the options you choose.
A commission oversize painting in can take three months to a year to complete work.
Digital abstract paintings time frames can take one week to two months to complete.
Oinus can make no time guarantees on custom art. Please understand that I am a working professional artist, it is not my intention to making you wait, but rather trying to give you my very best. Thank you for understanding.
What kind of comic and cartoon art do you do?
ATTENTION: Oinus will only do commissions of published characters not original characters. Our custom drawings are for the sole purpose of the buyer’s personal collection and NOT publication of any kind. By purchasing you agree not to publish or reproduce the artwork in anyway. The artist retains the right to publish any art commissions.

How long will it take to get my artwork?
The time various and depends on what method you choose for shipping the day, and time. Normal, non commissioned orders are usually received with in a one to one and a half week time frame. Custom art orders will take longer depending on the size, and how many people are a head of you.

You can buy prints, originals, or custom art here.
What is the quality of your prints?
We make our prints museum quality using the most cutting edge techniques. They are perfect for collectors, who pay great attention to detail. Oinus produces our prints using acid free paper, done to top museum display standards. Rest assure that the reproduction quality on heavy stock paper is superior, for a special print.
What shipping methods are offered?
We offer shipping with all the major carriers UPS, FEDEX, AND USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Oinus art studio is proud to ship all over the world. During check out you may choose from USPS international priority FEDEX international or UPS international. In order to maintain security we verify the identity of all fist time orders with an identity verification process. To avoid credit card fraud, inspect and verify each and every international order. In order to do this, we will ask you for a copy of photo identification such as a driver's license or passport in order to verify your address. Failure to complete verification will result in a cancellation of the order.
Our Canadian customers are subject to custom charges, fees, duty and applicable sales tax, by Canadian government mandate. From the shipping date, it can take up to 23 days for arrival to Canada.
International shipping for all other countries can take up to 35 days from the shipment date, depending on your countries customs. Once we have verified you order we will ship it out. Customers outside the USA are responsible for all international customs charges, taxes, duty and sales tax (if any). These are decided by your country’s government, we do not know the amount, but you may contact your countries government for details. This amount is different for each country.
How can I pay for my art?
Oinus.com accepts various types of payment methods such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, and Google checkout.
What does order status: processing mean?
This means we are looking over the order along with payment information. This is a normal process. We do this for your safety and to ensure quality control. We will let you know the final status of your order as soon as we can.
What does order status: pending mean?
The pending order status in a general term that covers a host of things, most of the time; it means we are waiting for a payment problems to be solved, if a payment was declined. Upon resolving any issues we can then ship out your merchandise.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is not accepted, try to process your order by double checking the information input, or by using another card or other form of payment. Make sure you have the correct billing address and security code on the back of the card. These are common mistakes that can lead to a declined status.
Is my information safe and secure?
Yes, be assured that your safety and privacy is our business. Oinus works with some of the top industry leaders in internet security. Each and every online order is processed with a powerful SSL encryption to secure all credit card information. This prevents all outsiders from seeing, reading, or obtaining your data. Your information is transmitted to us as a scrambled code to us. When it is stored, it is also encrypted. Oinus also uses a daily pci scan program for added protection of your information and records.
